When it comes to movie memorabilia, there is hardly anything more iconic than the Nike Mag sneaker worn by Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly in Back to the Future II. An auction is now offering a fantastic piece of history: The original left last used in the creation of this legendary shoe. Countless iterations were discarded in the process, making this final last all the more coveted. And to pay tribute to the legend, the size of Michael J. Fox's foot and "M.J. Fox Anatomical" is also noted on the side. If that wasn't enough, the lot also includes a rare Nike jacket made exclusively for the cast and crew of the movie.

The Nike Mag is undoubtedly one of the most fabulous shoes in Nike's history. Originally, the sneaker was only made as a prop for Back to the Future II and was only released in 2011 with an auction for charity. Only 1,500 pairs were auctioned off, with the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research benefiting from the proceeds. Currently, the bidding for Fox's final two pieces stands at $2,200 on sothebys.com and is estimated to reach between $12,000 and $18,000 on December 18.
