It's been 15 years since Patta released its first collaboration with Nike. Now, the partners unveil their seventh collab with the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 "Monarch". The sneaker is also a call-out to the "thematic references to the cultural shifts and continued impact Patta has had on its larger community and industry."
The release of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 "Monarch" is on October 8th at all Patta shops, online, and via Nike SNKRS. A further release will follow on October 15th via selected retailers.

After several months now, the collaborative Nike Air Max 1 "Monarch" from Patta has finally been confirmed. To celebrate the debut, Nike and the Dutch label have released a short film titled "The Wave" on YouTube. The title is a reference to the unusual design of the sneaker with wave-shaped overlays.
You can preview the first official images of the seventh Nike collab and fifth Air Max 1 iteration from Patta here. The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 "Monarch" will be released on October 8th via SNKRS and on October 15th at selected retailers. More colourways will reportedly follow after a few weeks.

Patta has offered very few other collabs after the release of the New Balance 991 in January, but lately, the label has been picking up the pace. Among other brands, Patta has been working on these two Nike Air Max 1's. The first, dressed in orange, has already been shown, and today, pics of the second edition has emerged.
In "Noise Aqua", the sneaker is reminiscent of the first designs from 1994 and are made of mesh, leather, and suede and feature the signature two-tone paint job. The release date is unfortunately still unknown, but we will notify you with updates.

Nike and Patta are rumoured to be teaming up again soon to release a set of new Nike Air Max 1's. It is firmly assumed that both editions will drop before the end of the year.
The first images, unfortunately, don't exist yet, but thanks to insider @py_rates_, we now get a mock-up of the sneakers. The set consists of two contrasting colourways in "Metallic Silver/Monarch/Pure Platinum" and "Metallic Silver/Noise Aqua/Pure Platinum". The first edition uses a soft orange on the mudguard, Swooshes, and branding.
Opposite the shoe is a similar AM1, with the mudguard, Swooshes, as well as brandings accentuated in blue. Both models also have a silver finish on the base and two-tone soles that complete the overall design.
When Is the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Collection Set to Be Released?
The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 collection doesn't have a release schedule yet, but we will supposedly get to see the sneakers from the collab in the Fall 2021 season.
