Just a few days after the first leaks, Nike released the official images of the Air Force 1 "San Francisco Chinatown". The exact release date has not been set yet, but the sneakers will supposedly drop sometime in January 2023.

In the US, Chinatowns in every major city offer the food, customs, art, and beauty of Chinese culture. One very famous district is San Francisco's Chinatown, which was founded in 1848 and is located near North Beach and the Financial District.
Nike is rumoured to be honouring this centuries-old neighbourhood with a sneaker. In fact, a celebratory Air Force 1 has been shared via Instagram. The sneaker is in a bright white shade and is made of butter-soft leather. However, the surrounding details are much more eye-catching.
At the back of the Nike Air Force 1 "San Francisco Chinatown" is a lotus flower from the world's most populous country. A light pink then complements the motif, and the Swooshes and midsoles match the look in colour. Finally, special markings on the tongues and ice blue outsoles round off the overall design.
