Now, the official images of the Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Black" have been released. The Swooshes are very eye-catching as they have a snakeskin pattern. So far, the sneakers haven't shown up on the Nike release calendar, but the apparel and black and white version of the Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid will soon drop on May 19th via Nike SNKRS. Supposedly, this black edition will also drop on the same day.

Update 04.05.2022

Stüssy has now announced a collaboration with Nike and its Air Force 1 Mid. The partner has also revealed a release date on Instagram. The black and white pair will drop on May 13th, but the full scope is not yet clear. We suspect a drop via Nike SNKRS and at selected retailers.

With the official images of the Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid, the labels have now confirmed the drop. Unfortunately, no release date has been given yet, but both variants are expected to drop sometime in 2022. We'll keep an eye on the Stüssy collabs.

To properly celebrate its 40th anniversary, Nike has enlisted a handful of collaborators to honour Bruce Kilgore's iconic design. While the full list is not yet known, Stüssy has secured a spot in what is believed to be a historic series.

The label is said to have created at least two variants with Nike: a black and white Nike Air Force 1 Mid as well as this Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Black". The new model also has the co-brandings on the straps, heels, and toeboxes, with the background in black suede. The release of the new Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Black" is not yet confirmed, but the sneakers are said to be released next year.

Soon enough, Stüssy and Nike will resume their partnership. The longtime friends are rumoured to release a collaborative Nike Air Force 1 Mid. Insiders have already revealed the first images of the sneaker on Instagram. Take a look at the picks here.

Stüssy is turning the entire shape on its head. Straps are given additional branding, and the typical perforations on the toebox are replaced with signature double S branding. Further co-brandings and details can be found on the tongue labels, as well as on the heels.

The Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid is made of high-quality leather with a contrasting look. The base is in white, while the overlays are in black. Below, the white midsoles and black outsoles follow the colour palette.

Nike and Stüssy have yet to confirm the new collabo, but the Air Force 1 Mid is reportedly dropping in just a few weeks at Nike's online shop and selected retailers.
