With the AE 2, adidas is further expanding Anthony Edwards’ signature range and launching a colourway that directly references his basketball roots. The “Georgia Bulldogs” look celebrates Edwards’ time at the University of Georgia, where he was named SEC Freshman of the Year in 2020.

Visually, the trainer features a classic college colour palette. A bold Pure Ruby mesh upper forms the basis of the design and ensures an eye-catching look on the court. This is complemented by black overlays and details that give the shoe structure and ground the colourway.
Particularly striking are the metallic silver TPU elements that run across the sides and the toe area. Not only do they provide stability, but they also lend the silhouette a futuristic touch. The reflective toe cap and the silver midsole echo this aesthetic and reinforce the technical look of the AE 2.
