The adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “Lucid Blue” continues the successful signature line of “Ant-Man” and takes the futuristic design of its predecessor to a new level. The trainer remains true to its eye-catching DNA, yet appears slightly cleaner and more modern.

Visually, a continuous blue colour scheme dominates, rendered in various shades. From deep Lucid Blue to lighter, reflective tones, the result is a dynamic overall look that impresses primarily through changes in material rather than stark colour contrasts. The new cage system on the sides provides stability, whilst appearing lighter and more fluid than on the AE 1.

Technically, too, the shoe is clearly designed for performance: A revised cushioning system – presumably a combination of Lightboost and Lightstrike – provides energy return and comfort. Added to this is a grippy outsole that supports quick cuts and explosive movements.
