adidas Y-3 is reviving a real rarity from the 2006 World Cup year: the ‘Beast Pack’, consisting of four iconic F50 models whose upper material is dominated by realistic animal graphics. At the time, they were limited to 1,000 pairs worldwide – today they are returning to the lifestyle sector with a slightly revamped look.

Each of the four designs features the face of an animal on the toebox: a silver wolf, a yellow tiger, a blue dragon and a red eagle. Accordingly, the upper features a matching fur, scale or feather pattern. Unlike the original, the 2026 versions come with an indoor outsole setup without interchangeable studs, making them suitable for street wear.

Visually, they remain true to the original – even though the F50 branding has been removed. Instead, there are minimalist Y-3 logos on the heel, insole and lace shroud. The eye-catching designs were once again developed in collaboration with Japanese artist Taishi Hayashi, who was responsible for the visual language of the line back in 2006.

The entire collection will be available from autumn 2026, probably from the end of July – coinciding with the World Cup final.

Each model will cost around €300 and will be available via adidas.com and selected Y-3 retailers.
