With the Lightblaze Pod+, adidas is launching a new lifestyle silhouette heavily inspired by modern performance runners. In particular, the striking midsole with visible Lightstrike pods gives the trainer a futuristic look that fits perfectly with current techwear and Y2K trends.

The ‘Black’ version features an all-black upper made from coated leather, giving the shoe a clean yet robust look. This is complemented by subtle Three Stripes and an aggressive sole construction that further emphasises the technical character.

Underfoot, Lightstrike cushioning ensures an ultra-light running feel and strong responsiveness – whether for everyday wear or longer distances. The treaded outsole also provides good grip and rounds off the running-inspired package.
