adidas NMD S1

"Is this supposed to be an NMD"? That's what some of you are probably thinking. But this is actually the brand new adidas NMD S1–a completely redesigned version of the original NMD R1.

The new S1 does without its iconic plugs on the sides. Instead, the new S1 is now adorned with thinner stripes along the midsole. The thick outsole is also adorned with a small Trefoil logo and the lettering "NMD S1". The only thing that still reminds us of an NMD R1 is the typical lacing and the comfortable Primeknit upper. The outsole is particularly striking. If you look at the sole from below, you can see a lot of adidas Trefoil logos that serve as traction teeth. Very cool, in any case.
