Air Jordan 1 Acclimate Chocolate

The Air Jordan 1 is an absolute icon and has been an essential part of sneaker history for more than 35 years. Because of this incredibly long history, the legendary sneaker is already available in countless variations and colours. With the so-called Acclimate Upgrade, the classic sneaker now receives another modification that makes the AJ1 suitable for winter and ensures the unmistakable Jordan look even on cold days.

The brand new Air Jordan 1 Acclimate has been spotted in a "Chocolate" and "Triple Black" colourway, both of which fit perfectly into the cold winter days due to their minimalist appearance. Both variations are equipped with a very thick and soft inner lining made of faux fur, which is supposed to provide the necessary insulation.

The fluffy material clearly stands out from the collar and catches the eye. In addition, the perforations on the toebox are now closed in the sense of thermal insulation, and the eyelets are reinforced with metal rings. Double Swooshes are found on the sides, while additional tabs on the ankle promise improved lacing. Probably the biggest change is the collar, which stands out with its indentations and special padding. The midsole is also reinforced slightly raised, which is especially useful in the snow.

The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate "Chocolate" gets a chocolate makeover, which gives the sneaker a mix of different brown tones. The toebox, padded collar, and tongue are in a slightly lighter brown, while a much darker tone is found on the overlays, outsole, and laces. The mid panels and reinforced midsole show off a clean snow white. The Swoosh is wrapped in a beige hue, while the extra black layer underneath provides a nice contrast. The faux fur is deep black.
