Air Jordan 1 Acclimate Plum Fog

The Air Jordan 1 is an absolute icon and has been an essential part of sneaker history for more than 35 years. Because of this incredibly long history, the legendary sneaker is already available in countless variations and colours. With the so-called Acclimate Upgrade, the classic sneaker has now received a further modification that is intended to make the AJ1 suitable for winter and ensure the unmistakable Jordan look even on cold days.

The brand-new Air Jordan 1 Acclimate has been spotted in a "Chocolate", "Triple Black", and "Triple White" colourway so far, which all fit perfectly into the cold winter days due to their minimalist appearance. All variations are equipped with a very thick and above all, soft inner lining made of faux fur, which is supposed to provide the necessary insulation.

The fluffy material clearly stands out from the collar and catches the eye. In addition, the perforations on the toebox are now closed in the sense of thermal insulation, and the eyelets are reinforced with metal rings. Double Swooshes are found on the sides, while additional tabs on the ankle promise improved lacing. Perhaps the biggest change is the collar, which stands out with its indentations and special padding. The midsole is also reinforced and slightly raised, which is especially useful in the snow.

The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate "Plum Fog" has received a girly makeover, which gives the sneaker a mix of different shades of pink. The toebox, heel element, outsole, and front overlays have a slightly darker pink colour, while the base, collar, and mudguard have a much lighter tone. The Swoosh and reinforced midsole are in clean snow white, with the former complemented by an extra layer of pink underneath. The faux fur is also in bright pink.
