With the Air Jordan 1 Mid ‘Olive Aura’, Jordan Brand breathes new life into the mid-top silhouette, focusing heavily on material mixes and handcrafted vibes. The trainer is part of the ‘Olive Aura’ pack, which also includes a low-top version.

The upper clearly stands out from the standard: instead of classic leather, a woven textile material in Pearl White is used, giving the shoe an almost basket-like structure. Over this are Olive Aura leather overlays, which add depth to the look and emphasise the natural colour palette.

The highlight is the crocheted Swooshes. Both sides differ slightly: on the outside, University Blue meets Olive, whilst on the inside, Olive and orange tones are used. This subtle mismatch creates a unique, almost DIY-inspired look.

The sneaker is rounded off with neutral details such as beige laces, a Sail midsole and a rubber outsole, which reinforce the relaxed, summery vibe.
