Jordan Brand takes a decidedly more fashion-forward approach with the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Iced Carmine”. Instead of classic retro colour-blocking, the focus this time is on shiny hardware details and playful elements that give the trainer an almost jewellery-like character.

The upper combines dark anthracite overlays with soft “Iced Carmine” panels on the toe box, collar and Swoosh. Added to this are metallic silver elements along the Swoosh featuring small stars, studs and shiny accents that immediately catch the eye. The silver 3D Wings logo on the ankle further enhances the eye-catching look.

In terms of materials, Jordan has opted for a mix of smooth leather, textured overlays and synthetic inserts on the heel and collar. Coconut Milk laces and the slightly yellowed midsole add a modern vintage touch.

Despite the eye-catching details, the classic AJ1 DNA is naturally preserved – including Air cushioning in the heel and a sturdy outsole for everyday wear.
