The ‘Taxi’ is one of the most famous colourways in the Air Jordan series and was worn by Michael Jordan during the 1996/97 NBA season. The design combines athletic functionality with stylish aesthetics and was inspired by Japanese culture (‘Rising Sun’) and Victorian military boots.
The upper is made of white leather with a black reptile-look mudguard. Gold eyelets, a ‘23’ on the heel and yellow accents on the outsole complete the signature look.
