To mark the 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 5 silhouette, Jordan Brand is bringing back a modernised version of the legendary ‘Black Metallic’. This model has already been reissued several times - most recently in 2016 - but this time there are some exciting updates.

The black nubuck upper remains, while 3M reflections on the overlays add a futuristic touch. The iconic metallic silver accents on the tongue and the Shark Teeth on the midsole are back and are complemented by subtle black speckles. A special highlight are the white laces, inspired by Michael Jordan's Player Exclusives, which give the trainers a fresh, high-contrast touch.

Classic features such as the visible Air element, the transparent mesh structure on the sides and the semi-transparent outsole are of course retained. The Nike Air lettering on the heel emphasises the retro charm, while small red accents - including the Jumpman on the tongue - round off the design.

The Air Jordan 5 ‘Black Metallic Reimagined’ will be available on 8 February 2025 at a price of €210 for men's sizes. Other prices: 160 € (GS), 90 € (PS), 75 € (Toddler).
