Jordan Brand has released a gigantic number of sneakers in their incredibly long history, and each model in the long line is more or less regularly equipped with new colourways. While the Air Jordan 5 may not match the popularity of the 1, it has built up a sizable fanbase over the years that is excited about each new release.

The latest version of the Air Jordan 5 wears a light blue upper inspired by the team colours of Michael Jordan's university, the University of North Carolina. The construction is also impressive, as the upper half is made almost entirely of nubuck. Side mesh and eyelets follow the colour example of the Air Jordan 5 "UNC", but as with previous "UNC" colourways, don't expect Tar Heels logos.
