After reworking several familiar adidas models, Bad Bunny received his first entirely original signature silhouette with the BadBo 1.0 in 2026. The mid-cut trainer blends influences from basketball, training footwear and early-2000s design without directly recreating a single archival model.
Dark navy suede overlays form the foundation of the “Night Navy” edition. The toe box, midfoot and heel appear in deep blue, while hairy suede in a brighter royal shade adds further texture. Icy-blue neoprene, mesh and leather panels emerge through the upper’s curved cut-outs.
Cream rope laces extend across the heavily stitched tongue. A rust-orange top eyelet interrupts the otherwise tonal palette with a small contrasting accent. Jagged stitching around the tongue label and the layered, almost asymmetric construction retain the recognisable design language of the BadBo 1.0.
Bad Bunny’s signature star is embroidered in light blue across the double-layered heel. Inspired by the Puerto Rican flag, the symbol represents the artist’s origins and connection to his homeland. A dark blue Trefoil on the lateral side and collaborative branding on the insoles complete the upper.
A cream EVA midsole introduces a slightly aged contrast beneath the blue construction. A dark navy rubber outsole finishes the design underfoot.
