With the Mundial Collection, adidas and CLOT by Edison Chen deliver a creative tribute to global football – perfectly timed as a warm-up to the upcoming World Cup. The focus is on the idea of understanding football as a universal language and blending cultural influences.

At the heart of the collection is the CLOT Mundial. The classic model is given a complete reinterpretation here: premium leather meets eye-catching raffia Three Stripes and an espadrille sole that is a direct nod to traditional craftsmanship. Added to this are subtle details such as embroidered CLOT logos on the toe box and rope-like stripes, which give the shoe a unique look.

The CLOT Samba also gets an update. Here, the design remains slightly cleaner, with a white leather upper, grey suede toe and black accents. Nevertheless, the combination with a textured raffia sole provides an exciting twist that gives the classic a fresh new look.

As well as the trainers, the collection also includes football-style apparel. The team spirit-inspired knit jerseys stand out in particular, complemented by pieces such as shorts, hoodies and shirts. The whole collection is rounded off by an anime campaign featuring stars like Raphinha and Luis Díaz, which visually underscores the collection’s cultural approach.
