Converse x Fear of God Skid Grip High
Converse x Fear of God Skid Grip High Release News
The retro trend is currently very hip, and well-known manufacturers are dropping many famous and old models once again. Converse and Fear of God ESSENTIALS now announce an old sneaker that is already a hefty 110 years old. Simply wild!
After the two partners have published a three-part collab, Converse and FoG ESSENTIALS decide for a much more striking sneaker. The Skid Grip is a new interpretation with typical FoG vibes.
Converse x Fear of God Skid Grip High Release Info
The first Skid Grip was released in 1910, and after more than a hundred years, the model returns with an old pattern. The bold prints from the ’80s immediately catch the eye as they dress the complete upper.
Faded colours like blue, red and purple paint the wild shapes and create a strong summer style. White rope laces and the high shape are also part of the basic outfit, with the collar appearing significantly narrower than the original.
In addition, the model has a raised outsole, which almost completely covers the midsole. Fear of God ESSENTIALS and Converse patches on the heels complete the retro sneaker.
