Kobe Bryant developed a strong connection to football whilst growing up in Italy. He later formed relationships with several FC Barcelona players and regularly incorporated the sport into his signature line through colourways such as the “Mambacurial”. The FC Barcelona x Nike Kobe Dunk Low Protro continues that story on a classic lifestyle silhouette.

The upper begins with a smooth black leather base. Glossy patent leather wraps around the toe, eyestays and heel, giving the understated colourway a mixture of textures. Field Purple appears across the Swooshes, heel tabs and semi-translucent outsole, whilst small gold accents provide additional contrast.

Nike splits the collaborative branding between both shoes. One tongue features Kobe’s Sheath logo, whilst the other carries the FC Barcelona crest, with both emblems finished in gold. Embroidered Kobe signatures across the heels and additional Sheath logos on the insoles complete the collaboration.

Like previous versions of the Dunk Low Protro, this pair is expected to combine the Dunk’s traditional appearance with updated comfort. A removable ReactX foam midsole provides softer, more responsive cushioning.
