The Converse Pro Leather began life as a performance basketball shoe in the ’70s before developing into a lifestyle classic. Tyler, The Creator revisits that history for his 1908 Collection while deliberately altering the proportions. The trainer features a wider shape, larger eyelets, thicker laces and a much more prominent toe cap.

For the “Molten Lava”, white suede provides a clean foundation. Bold red details create the colourway’s defining contrast, highlighting the Star Chevron and additional branding elements. A “Banana Crepe” sole adds a warm vintage note underneath and prevents the design from feeling overly clinical.

Key features include the rubberised toe cap with its embossed star. Perforated side panels break up the suede upper, while a padded collar and wide cotton laces continue the substantial construction. GOLF le FLEUR* detailing on the side and tongue makes Tyler’s influence immediately recognisable.
