The sneakers from the two-piece collection are inspired by the characters Frogboy (Forum Mid) and Rocket (Forum Low). Both characters can be found on the tongues of the respective sneakers, which replace the traditional adidas logo.

Both the Low and Mid versions of the Hebru Brantley x adidas Forum are made of leather and suede, with a different colourway. The Hebru Brantley x adidas Forum Mid RT uses a predominantly blue colour palette, while the Hebru Brantley x adidas Forum Mid RT uses a black and green colour palette.
