With the Megaride S2, Hellstar is launching its most eye-catching adidas collaboration to date. The retro running silhouette fits perfectly with the label’s early 2000s look and is given a much more aggressive edge thanks to new materials and striking details.

The upper combines white and black flames that aren’t simply printed on but embossed directly into the material. This creates greater depth and texture. Smooth synthetic panels replace the usual TPU cage, giving the graphics more space, whilst exposed mesh adds a technical look.

A zip shroud sits above the laces, further enhancing the Y2K vibe. Hellstar branding appears at the top of the tongue and on the side next to the zip. Further flame graphics extend down to the transparent outsole, unifying the design from top to bottom.

The visible Megaride cushioning remains in the heel. Chrome-coloured elements provide a futuristic contrast to the black-and-white colourway and give the trainer an almost metallic look. Despite the strong Hellstar influence, the original shape of the Megaride S2 remains clearly recognisable.

The Hellstar x adidas Megaride S2 is set to be released on 8 August 2026.
