Jordan Brand is adapting the iconic ‘Chicago’ colourway for football and bringing the Air Jordan 1 Mid TD back onto the pitch in the classic combination of white, red and black. The legendary look remains one of the most important designs in sneaker history to this day and is now being given a special cleat version once again.

Visually, the Jordan 1 Mid TD remains extremely close to the original. The upper combines smooth leather with the signature “Chicago” panels in Varsity Red and black, instantly evoking the classic AJ1 vibe. Despite its football performance focus, the shoe loses none of its iconic basketball character.

Under the sole, however, the classic has been completely adapted for American football. The wide stud configuration ensures quick changes of direction and aggressive cuts on the field, whilst the external midsole provides additional comfort and stability.
