Nike is once again delving into the Kobe archives and bringing back an absolute fan favourite from the 2000s with the Air Force 1 Low Protro “Denim”. The trainer was long considered a virtually unattainable Player Exclusive, which Kobe Bryant received exclusively in 2006. Now, the legendary pair is finally celebrating its first official public release.

Visually, Nike remains remarkably faithful to the original. The trainer combines dark obsidian denim with lighter, washed-out denim panels on the midfoot, toe and heel. The contrasting safety orange stitching, in particular, lends the shoe its typical workwear character and makes it instantly recognisable.

Additional highlights include the orange outsole and Kobe’s embroidered Sheath logo on the heel. Frayed details along the individual panels further enhance the vintage look and make the trainer significantly more eye-catching than classic Air Force 1 releases.
