Ja Morant and Kool-Aid are continuing their successful partnership. Following the popular Ja 2 collaboration, the Nike Ja 3 is now getting a completely wild Kool-Aid makeover — and this time it’s even more eye-catching.

The concept is based on an asymmetrical pink lemonade and lemon-lime colour scheme. One shoe features a bold lemon yellow, whilst the other opts for vibrant shades of pink and red. Icy blue details on the laces, lining and midsole tie both sides together and create the perfect summer look.

Nike has once again delivered on the details. The insoles feature the Kool-Aid Man’s legendary “Ohhh Yeahhh!!” slogan, whilst the tongues alternate between Ja branding and the Kool-Aid logo. The sneaker is rounded off by icy transparent outsoles with “1” and “2” traction details as a tribute to Morant’s signature line.

Particularly exciting: according to Ja Morant himself, the idea for the Pink Lemonade and Lemon Lime colour scheme came directly from his mother. This adds a personal family story to the collaboration, which fits perfectly with the nostalgic Kool-Aid theme.
