The collaborative adidas Forum 84 Mid picks up on a smooth leather upper dominated mainly by a clean white. Bright pink accents are found on the outsoles, lining, branding, and the Three Stripes on the sides, giving the sneaker that certain something. The Three Stripes also have a velvety suede finish and present a light beige.

To emphasise the connection to the skater, blue "Lil Dre" lettering can be found on the Velcro fasteners. These are accompanied by "MXA" embroideries on the outsides, which are a reference to Maxallure skateboards. The inner soles also get co-brandings and pick up the bright pink again.
