Eye-catching neon accents adorn the tongue, laces and upper part of the upper, while the mudguard, midsole and inner lining are completely black – a striking contrast that immediately catches the eye.
The change in construction is particularly cool: instead of the typical overlays on the eyelet areas, a combination of embroidered and embossed lines is used here. The typical curves of the 1000 model remain, but the look is now cleaner and more modern. In addition, smooth leather has been used for the upper for the first time instead of mesh, giving the shoe a more premium feel.
The ‘Black/Neon’ is very different from previous releases and will appeal primarily to sneaker fans who want to combine bold colours and sporty design.
