With the New Balance 1890 “Dark Silver Metallic”, the brand is expanding its new Tech Runner line with a significantly more understated yet extremely stylish colourway. Whilst earlier versions tended to be rather loud, this pair focuses on a clean, futuristic aesthetic.

The base consists of white mesh, which ensures lightness and breathability. Over this are teardrop-shaped overlays in metallic silver, which give the trainer its signature Y2K tech look. At the heel, the design is complemented by dark grey suede, adding extra depth.

Salmon-coloured ABZORB pods in the midsole and blue branding details on the tongue and heel provide subtle colour accents. The combination looks modern without being overloaded – perfect for anyone looking for a technical trainer with a clean aesthetic.
