With the 1890, New Balance is expanding its modern runner range with a silhouette that bridges the past and the future. The model originally gained recognition through the collaboration with Action Bronson; now, the ‘Black/Yellow’ colourway marks one of the first wider inline releases.

The design combines elements from two well-known New Balance models. The upper is based on the classic 890 Runner, whilst the sole is taken from the 2002 (without the ‘R’). This creates a hybrid look that straddles the line between a performance runner and a lifestyle trainer.

The ‘Black/Yellow’ colourway focuses on strong contrast. A black mesh base forms the foundation, overlaid with eye-catching yellow synthetic overlays in slightly varying shades of yellow.
