TLDR: With the ABZORB 2010, New Balance is launching a new model on the market that perfectly combines retro vibes with modern technology. The ‘Vintage Khaki’ colourway mixes forest green, brown and grey - and at a fair price. New Balance is kicking off spring 2025 with a real bang: the brand new ABZORB 2010 is celebrating its premiere and brings exactly what fans love - the tech runner aesthetic of the 2000s, cleverly rethought. A lightweight, breathable Diamond Knit mesh base takes centre stage, combined with the familiar curved overlays reminiscent of the legendary 99x series.
The highlight is the new ABZORB cushioning, which is split in two under the heel and raises both comfort and stability to a new level. The ‘Vintage Khaki’ colourway looks really strong: a mix of dark green, brown and olive on the upper, rounded off by a grey-blue ABZORB sole element. There is also a classic silver ‘N’ logo for the typical NB touch.
Contrary to initial speculation, the ABZORB 2010 will not be extremely expensive - the first colourways cost 170 euros. In addition to ‘Vintage Khaki’, a ‘Brown’ version has already been confirmed.
When will the New Balance ABZORB 2010 ‘Vintage Khaki’ be released?
