But sometimes, the Boston-based label goes back to basics and releases a pack all their own. Their new project is called "Protection Pack" and includes a total of three deconstructed New Balance 2002Rs. Get the details on the drop here.

As if the foundation for the New Balance "Protection Pack" had already been laid, these three sneakers take inspiration from the capsule and its buttery soft upper. Multi-layer suede panels cover the lightweight mesh base, exposing only a few spots. The toebox is only slightly revealed, while the other outlined parts follow the same deconstructed style with graduated earth tones.

The "Rain Cloud" is given a range of greys — starting out dark at the very bottom and becoming lighter towards the top. Unless the rugged design puts you off, take a look at the sole with the comfortable ABZORB midsoles and N-ergy outsoles for that ultimate running feel.
