The upper is crafted from premium sail leather and is complemented by muslin and anthracite accents. Small red details such as the mini Swoosh, the wings and midsole elements provide the necessary contrast.
In typical Nigel Sylvester style, storytelling and details take centre stage once again. The familiar “Bike Air” branding appears in red on the heel, whilst a subtle bicycle graphic detail is hidden beneath the heel flap. Also particularly striking are the stone-like textures on the heel tab and hangtag, which perfectly complement the sneaker’s rugged street aesthetic.
Naturally, Jordan Brand delivers on the packaging too. The sneaker comes in a special box with a cinder block look and red Velcro fastenings, visually reminiscent of real concrete blocks — in keeping with the overall “Brick After Brick” theme.
