The most obvious change of the new Air Force 1 Mid is definitely the split of the design. The front half uses a white leather look, with the laces and eyelets also reverting to the clean aesthetic. The back and front parts are connected on the inside by an overlapping TPU element, while the outside has a clean cut.

The rear section of the sneaker uses a fine mesh structure, and the soles have also been made transparent. A special material is used on the Jewel Swoosh, with the logo framed by even more nylon. The heel area also features a raised loop, and the new closure strap, which has been moved to the back of the sneaker. In order to live up to the indescribable comfort of the predecessor, the modified version uses a padded shoe tongue as well as the already familiar React foam plate.

The "Triple White" colourway wraps almost the entire sneaker in a clean white and relies on only a few colour accents. For example, the Nike Air branding on the tongue is wrapped in a rich blue. This is also found on the lugs of the fastening strap and the inner soles, with the latter presenting a bright pink.
