Nike Air Force 1 Pixel Coconut

Over the years, the Nike Air Force 1 has delivered a number of different iterations — some tending to technical upgrades, such as 3M or Gore-Tex upgrades, which have been especially popular this year.

Other Air Force 1 releases have been more of artistic interpretations. We remember the various collabs with sneaker and streetwear greats like KITH, Off-White, Supreme, and many others. For years, the Air Force 1 has simply been one of the go-to sneakers when it comes to technical as well as artistic novelties.

And we strongly expect the Air Force 1 isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Nike is pumping out new colourways and extensions at such an incredible rate that retailers can barely keep up. 

For the year 2021, we already have several new styles on the radar that sneakerheads should like quite a bit. A further development of the Air Force 1 line are the "Pixel" releases, which offer a pretty interesting look.

At first glance, the AF1 Pixel reminds us a little of the Nike Air Force 1 Shadow, as the sole is significantly higher and thus slightly copies its predecessor. Elsewhere, we see missing perforations on the toe box and a cut-out Swoosh.

The chaotic composition continues with rectangular lace locks and diced tongue tags. The heels and insoles also have a similar pattern.
