Nike Air Max 90 "Tortoise Shell"

The label with the Swoosh is known for releasing numerous new collections every year. These collections usually contain several different silhouettes, whose technical design is inspired by a certain motif. In 2022, such collections will once again not be neglected, which is why Nike has already announced the so-called Tortoise Shell Pack. According to the latest information, the Air Huarache, the Air Force 1 Fontanka, and the Air Max 90 will be part of this collection.

The new Air Max 90 Tortoise Shell uses a greyish mesh base surrounded by cream overlays made of regular leather. The side panels have a velvety suede finish for this release and run a rich orange colour around the entire sneaker.

As part of the Tortoise Shell Pack, individual patent leather elements are also a must, which is why we see the shiny material on the Swooshes and the front eyelets. In the usual manner, they present a mix of different brown tones.

The brandings on the tongue tag, the heel, and the insoles are wrapped in a dark brown and match the rest of the aesthetic. A white midsole combined with a black and white outsole rounds off the sneaker perfectly.
