With the Air Max Goadome Low “Polka Dot/Light Orewood Brown”, Nike is further driving the return of this former outdoor silhouette. Rather than opting for the classic heavy-duty look, this time the model features an almost sculptural upper with striking circular cut-outs.

The upper is made of leather and features round cut-outs of varying sizes. Beneath these, tonal layers are revealed, giving the trainer significantly more depth. Thanks to the subtle Light Orewood Brown base, the pattern stands out much more strongly than on the all-black version from the same “Dot Pack”.

The rest of the construction also remains clearly influenced by the original Goadome. Thick rope laces, a chunky ACG-inspired sole and visible Air cushioning provide the familiar outdoor feel, whilst the new upper gives the shoe a much more fashionable look.

The branding is deliberately understated. A small Swoosh on the side and embossed Nike Air logos on the heel leave plenty of space for the perforated design. That’s exactly what makes this colourway so exciting: the trainer remains technical and robust, yet at the same time looks far more experimental than classic Goadome releases.
