Nike is launching the next culturally inspired Air Max Plus – this time with a clear focus on Lisbon. The Nike Air Max Plus ‘Lisboa’ draws on the artful azulejo tile art that is deeply rooted in the Portuguese capital. The blue pattern adorns the entire mesh upper and is reminiscent of the famous hand-painted ceramic tiles that make Lisbon a unique place for art and architecture.

The transparent outsole also features a tile motif that blends seamlessly into the design. The tongue bears the word ‘Lisboa’, while the jewel badge on the tongue label replaces the city coat of arms with a golden Swoosh – a subtle homage to the flag of Lisbon.

The blue midfoot shanks and signature Tuned Air cushioning complete the look. The result is a sneaker with cultural depth that is both sporty and stylish, appealing to collectors and Portugal fans alike.

The drop will take place on 9 October 2025 at a price of €200.
