TLDR: To mark the model's 20th anniversary, the Nike Air Max Plus VII ‘White/Black’ is returning in a clean panda look. The retro design with mesh upper, shiny TPU waves and Tuned Air cushioning will be available from 23 October 2025 for €190. As always, further information is available at Grailify. Originally released in 2005, the Air Max Plus VII is making a comeback in 2025 – and Nike is celebrating the anniversary with several new colourways, including the simple ‘White/Black’ model. The white mesh upper is interspersed with black TPU waves, reminiscent of the look of the OG models.
Shiny black overlays on the toe and heel provide structure and support, while silver mini Swooshes and the familiar TN Air logo add a nostalgic vibe. The white midsole houses full-length Tuned Air elements and is equipped with a grippy black and white outsole – in keeping with the original Air Max philosophy: comfort meets everyday practicality.
With its minimalist aesthetic, the Panda colourway stands out nicely from the more vibrant Varsity Maize and Dusk colourways. Nevertheless, the model remains unmistakably part of the Air Max DNA thanks to its striking lines and classic branding.
