The comeback of the Air Max TL 2.5 was already a real hit in 2024 - but with the new ‘Metallic Silver’ colourway, Nike is finally bringing the most technical representative of its Y2K series to the streets of 2025. The upper consists of an airy mesh base in flat silver, which is covered with shiny metallic silver overlays from the mudguard to the iconic Swoosh. The result is a look that is strongly reminiscent of classics such as the ‘Silver Bullet’ Air Max 97 - but with more tech, more structure and significantly more edge. Black accents on the Swoosh and outsole create a stylish contrast and emphasise the futuristic silhouette.
The overall design pays homage to the early 2000s - but functionally, the TL 2.5 is right up to date. The model is equipped with full-length Air Max cushioning, which offers maximum comfort both when running and in everyday life. Reflective details round off the look and make the sneaker an eye-catcher at night too.
