Nike Air Max TL 2.5 "Neon"

Nike is focusing heavily on the iconic ‘Neon’ colour palette in 2026 – and alongside models such as the Air Max 95, Air Max 90 and Air Max Plus, the Air Max TL 2.5 is also getting a fitting update.

The runner from the early 2000s returns with a clean setup that reinterprets the familiar Air Max DNA in a modern way. The upper is made of lightweight white mesh for breathability, while curved overlays in pearl grey add texture to the design. These flowing lines are reminiscent of the classic Air Max models of the late 90s and early 2000s.

The neon colourway is, of course, the biggest highlight. The black Swoosh is framed by a neon outline, while a full-length neon Air unit underfoot immediately catches the eye. Combined with the black midsole, this creates the contrasting look that has been associated with Air Max models for decades.

The TL 2.5 also remains true to its performance origins in terms of functionality. Full-length Max Air cushioning provides a springy ride, while the rubber outsole delivers reliable traction. Small details such as reflective elements and subtle ‘Max Air’ branding on the heel round off the design.

The release is part of a larger ‘Neon’ series around Air Max Day 2026, which will see several Air Max models appear in the iconic colour theme.
