In short: the Nike Book 1 ‘Wolf Grey’ brings the legendary colour gradient of the Air Max 95 back to the basketball court. And it's further refined with Solar Red details. The sneaker will be released on 4 December 2025 and will cost €150. As always, more information is available at Grailify. The latest colourway of the Nike Book 1 pays homage to the Air Max 95 ‘Solar Red’ – according to Devin Booker, his father's favourite sneaker. The design is similar to the AM95 and features various shades of grey such as Wolf Grey, Photon Dust and Anthracite. The subtle base is complemented by striking accents in Solar Red, which can be found on the inside, the tongue and the logos, among other places.
In terms of technology, Nike has stuck to the tried-and-tested setup for the Book 1. An Air Zoom element in the heel ensures explosive acceleration and maximum energy transfer – perfect for quick changes of pace on the court. A sturdy plastic midfoot plate stabilises your foot during abrupt changes of direction, twisting movements and stop-and-go actions. The multi-layer mesh upper with textured overlays is really robust and offers good support.
The heel tab is a special detail. It is decorated with a series of ‘book pages’. This is a recurring signature element within the Book 1 series. The Book logo on the tongue is in the style of the classic Air Max 95 logo and really rounds off the visual connection to the iconic running silhouette.
