The Nike Caitlin 1 “Racer Blue” has been specially tailored to her explosive playing style and combines modern performance technology with numerous personalised details.

At the heart of the design is the newly developed Opticast upper, whose wave-like structure provides stability, breathability and a secure lockdown. At the same time, the distinctive raised patterns form abstract “CC” initials and the number 22, integrating Clark’s personal branding directly into the design. The look is complemented by overlapping Swooshes, her own logo on the tongue and the eye-catching “Racer Blue” colourway.

Underfoot, Nike has opted for a combination of Cushlon foam and a Zoom Air Turbo unit in the forefoot. This setup ensures soft landings, quick changes of direction and explosive energy return – ideal for guards who are constantly setting the pace. The outsole also features motivational messages such as “Shoot More Threes”, “From Anywhere” and “It Was Never A Long Shot”, which reflect Clark’s career and playing style.

Alongside the trainer, Nike is also launching an extensive performance collection comprising a total of 18 garments, designed specifically for Caitlin Clark.
