TLDR: The Nike Caitlin 1 “Warning Code” releases on 1 October 2026 for 140€. This striking launch colourway combines a bright yellow Opticast upper with Racer Blue and iridescent green accents, introducing Caitlin Clark’s first signature trainer with responsive on-court technology.
For the “Warning Code”, Nike has effectively inverted the colours of the “Caitlin Blue”. Yellow Zest and Soft Yellow cover the structured upper and midsole, while Racer Blue highlights the outsole, the CC logo on the tongue and the smaller of the two Swooshes. A metallic green finish gives the larger Swoosh and glossy heel plate an iridescent appearance.
The newly developed Opticast upper uses cast polyurethane elements to provide containment and support quick lateral movements. Its three-dimensional texture incorporates repeating “C” and “2” shapes, referencing Clark’s initials and her number 22. The layered double Swoosh continues this theme of repetition while visually forming another “CC”.
Underfoot, Nike combines a forefoot Air Zoom Turbo unit with a full-length Cushlon midsole. The setup has been developed around Clark’s game, supporting an explosive first step, controlled step-backs and quick shot releases. Personal messages including “Shoot More Threes”, “From Anywhere” and “It Was Never a Long Shot” complete her inaugural signature trainer.
