In short: The Nike Dunk Low QS ‘Tokyo’ is coming back in 2025 with a chic animal print look. Featuring a pony hair Swoosh, ostrich leather, canvas and vintage flair. The release is scheduled for 29 April 2025 and will be available exclusively at atmos Japan for €130. As always, more information is available at Grailify. To mark the 40th anniversary of the Dunk series, Nike has released the Dunk Low QS ‘Tokyo’. This is an iconic style from 2004, this time with a wild mix of materials and luxurious details.
The upper is a cool mix of canvas, white smooth leather, grey suede and marbled cracked leather on the sides. The highlights: a fluffy pony hair Swoosh and an ostrich leather-look heel area give the shoe a really classy look. The split tongue and branding feature minimalist elements – instead of ‘Nike’ lettering, there are embroidered mini Swooshes on the tongue and heel.
The foot area also makes a good impression. The sole is yellow and vintage, while the outsole is classic brown and made of rubber to prevent slipping. A woven blue hang tag adds a nice extra touch and provides a great contrast to the tone of the design.
The silhouette remains true to its DNA, while new textures and premium materials provide a breath of fresh air. Fans of animal print trainers or OG Dunk releases will get their money's worth here – if they can get their hands on a pair.
