TLDR: The Tom Sachs x NikeCraft General Purpose Shoe “Bricolage” is back, combining functional design with eye-catching colour accents. A clean, utilitarian look featuring a yellow Swoosh and green details – releasing on 14 April for €110. With the NikeCraft General Purpose Shoe “Bricolage”, Tom Sachs and Nike continue their revived collaboration. After a hiatus, the collab is back and picks up directly where the functional, minimalist approach of previous GPS models left off.
Visually, the trainer stays true to its utility DNA. The upper combines a white mesh base with overlays in beige and khaki suede that wrap around the lower part of the shoe. A striking yellow Swoosh provides contrast, whilst green details on the pull tabs and accents add a splash of colour.
The design has a deliberately raw and functional look – very much in the spirit of ‘bricolage’, the principle of creating something new from existing materials. Black laces and a dark heel area round off the look and give the trainer a slightly industrial touch.
As with previous GPS releases, the focus here is on everyday wearability. The shoe is simple, robust and versatile – exactly what defines the NikeCraft line.
If you’re into minimalist, functional trainers with a story behind them, this drop is definitely worth a look. As always, it’s worth checking Grailify for all the latest updates and restocks 😉
