Here's the short version: The Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro ‘Perspective’ is coming back on 3 December 2025. This time, it's available as a low-top version with Flyknit upper, React cushioning and eye-catching Neo Turquoise/Volt colourway. The price is €210. As always, you can find more information at Grailify. The ‘Perspective’ colourway of the Kobe 9 series was originally released as a high-top in 2014. Now Nike is also releasing the popular sneaker as a Protro Low. The colour combination of Neo Turquoise and Volt is Kobe Bryant's homage to Pablo Picasso's ‘Blue Period’. This shoe joins the ranks of inspirations that Kobe himself helped to create back then.
The Protro version has a lightweight Flyknit upper, integrated Flywire cables for stability and a responsive React drop-in midsole. The carbon fibre plate in the midsole is a real hit and provides stability when you change direction quickly. A semi-transparent ice blue outsole rounds off the overall look perfectly.
Externally, the model looks exactly like the original, but no longer has the sock-like entry of the earlier high-top. This colourway is a must-have for collectors and court performers.
