Nike is further expanding its successful Mind 001 range and, with the “Bronze Eclipse”, is launching one of the most cohesive Flyknit variants to date. The new colourway combines a flowing black-to-bronze eclipse gradient with bright Total Orange accents, creating a particularly harmonious overall look.

Once again, the highlight is the Flyknit upper. Compared to the previous padded construction, this makes the trainer feel lighter, more breathable and significantly more structured. At the same time, the material opens up more possibilities for Nike in terms of colour gradients and futuristic designs.

The sole still features the familiar 22 sensor nodes developed by the Nike Mind Science Department. These special elements are designed to stimulate specific areas of the foot whilst also giving the silhouette its unique look.

The bold orange details on the Swoosh, insole and outsole inject extra energy into the otherwise rather dark colour palette. This gives the shoe a futuristic look, yet makes it suitable for everyday wear.

With the Flyknit series, Nike is also clearly demonstrating that the Mind line is set to expand in the long term and is by no means just a short-lived hype.
