TLDR: The new Nike Shox Z will be released on 10 October 2025 at a price of €130 as a women's exclusive. With its iconic Shox technology, futuristic design and stylish retro aesthetic, the sneaker is a modern homage to the original. As always, more information is available at Grailify. With the Shox Z, Nike is launching a women's-only sneaker that translates classic Shox elements into a contemporary silhouette. The visible Shox columns on the heel are reminiscent of the legendary Shox R4, while the lightweight textile upper with synthetic leather overlays provides a textured feel. Shiny details, clean lines and a flat profile give the shoe a sporty yet fashionable look.
The outsole incorporates design elements from earlier Nike running shoes and combines them with a modern waffle pattern for reliable grip. A foam midsole and Shox cushioning ensure comfortable wear and a dynamic running experience. The Shox Z was tested and worn by tennis star Aryna Sabalenka, among others, who presented the model at her US Open victory ceremony.
The Nike Shox Z will be available in various colourways such as ‘Dark Team Red’, “Pinksicle” and ‘Light Bone’, the latter in a particularly clean, understated look for everyday wear.
