The Nike Vaporfly 3 takes super-shoe technology to a new level and is designed for runners looking to achieve their personal best times over 10K to marathon distances. The shoe offers a combination of lightweight construction, optimised cushioning and stable construction.

The midsole is equipped with improved ZoomX foam, which provides even more energy return and a springy, dynamic ride. A full-surface carbon fibre plate ensures a stiff, propulsive running sensation and provides additional propulsion with every step. For more stability, the midsole has been widened outwards in the heel area, reducing the weight on the inside of the foot.

The specially developed Flyknit upper offers maximum breathability in the forefoot area and adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot without losing support. Additional features such as a wider toe box for more space, light padding on the tongue to relieve pressure and a foam pod in the heel provide more comfort on long distances.

The Nike Vaporfly 3 is expected to be available from 23 January 2025.
